ScrumbleShipper "NightLone" has also created a version of the license which uses terms, and thus might be easier to modify. You can find it here.
As near as I'm aware, the license as it exists now may be used with dynamically LGPL v2/v3 licensed code, and with most permissive open source licenses - MIT, BSD, Apache, etc. I do not believe it may be used with code licensed under any version of the GPL. I am unsure if it may be used with statically linked LGPL code. HOWEVER, I am not a lawyer and this paragraph is not legal advice, so I could very well be wrong about any of it.
