Telum corporation

This is 3dchocolate, announcing the formation of Telum corporation. We seek to develop the most powerful weapons while remaining utterly neutral, not particularly supporting any one faction, so as to prevent the total domination of the galaxy. We welcome all into our ranks and ask that you apply at our website: http://telumcorp.webs.com/ Despite our neutral standing, we are open to trade offers and agreements with other companies and have chosen to place an embargo on members of the space cowboys.

Light_bringer

Well placing an embargo on us is hardly a neutral stance. Politically i don't see a reason for trade with us unless other nations pressure you into it. But alas, if that's how you feel...

Oebele

A bit odd indeed, though on the other hand, the space cowboys aren't really a nation or anything but just a bunch of pirates. To compare: in the present nations may be neutral towards eachother, but still fight criminals.

I am going to start up a small workshop selling all from basic fighters to battlecruisers and supercaps (eventually) and I wouldn't mind a small trade agreement

ihammerdanoobs

also is anyone here a potential seller of parts and comodites

Oebele

You know you are posting in a thread that has been dead for half a year, right?

I am SO sorry, there were no notifications and I assumed no-one gave a damn about this. To ihammerdanoobs A trade agreement would be welcome, but bear in mind that as a weapons dealer we would not be supplying raw materials, but whole pre-built weapons or possibly full ships. Contact me in private chat so we can talk details. Obele that was exactly what I meant, embargoing anarchists and terrorists is much the same as in the real world, blameless and somewhat admirable.

hmm... so does this mean your company will be on the cutting edge of discovering the tech/weapons hidden for us to find (modular weapons..?) or something like that

3dchocolate

@Guestaccess The idea is to construct modular weapon systems, as advanced as possible, and sell them on to ship manufacturers or warring factions. This way we can push the boundaries of weapon tech, so others can focus on other fields of research. It is much easier to build ships from a pack of high quality components than to build it all from scratch.

To qualify my previous statement of neutrality further I mean that we will not favor either side of a conflict. We will maintain trade agreements regardless of ensuing conflicts or imminent defeat. Contracts will be maintained until their original parameter's have been fulfilled. We will not, however, trade with pirate factions or those who are ideologically opposed to us. As part of company policy we will maintain a fleet to protect our holdings and properties and there is potential for mercenary assistance in escorting cargo.
